This Refund Policy describes the conditions under which fees paid to HOUSE OF FAUNTLEROY LLC for software services may be refunded.
1. Nature of Services
Our services are professional software engineering services delivered against a defined scope of work. Work begins on receipt of payment or as scheduled in a written agreement.
2. Refund Conditions
Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis, with reference to the work already performed. Where work has not yet commenced for a paid milestone, fees for that milestone are generally refundable, less any administrative or pre-engagement costs incurred.
Once development work has been performed for a milestone, fees corresponding to delivered work are non-refundable.
3. Limitations
Refunds are not provided for changes in client requirements after work has commenced, delays caused by lack of client input, or third-party costs (such as cloud infrastructure, licenses, or services) already paid on the client's behalf.
4. Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute, the parties agree first to attempt good-faith resolution through direct discussion. If unresolved, disputes shall be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, USA, and submitted to the competent courts located in Pennsylvania.
5. How to Request a Refund
Refund requests should be submitted in writing to support@hofauntleroy.com with the engagement reference and a description of the request. We will respond within ten (10) business days.
